WARRANTY
GENERAL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The guarantee covers physical defects and changes which cause a visible, permanent indentation more than 2 cm in the TEMPUR Material (does not include the different variations of THE COMFORT PILLOW by Tempur®.
- Complaints should be made to the authorised dealer from whom the product was bought or to another authorized dealer of TEMPUR Products.
- To make a claim under the guarantee you must present the original invoice or sales receipt as evidence of your purchase.
- The guarantee relating to mattresses, pillows and small products does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties which do not affect the pressure relieving properties.
- The guarantee is valid only if the TEMPUR Product is used and handled in accordance with the directions given here and in the TEMPUR Instruction booklet which is enclosed your TEMPUR Product.
The guarantee does not apply:
- If the TEMPUR Product has been wet or soaked. The TEMPUR Material absorbs fluids and is difficult to dry, and this reduces the functionality permanently.
- If the product has been bent, squeezed etc. at other temperatures than living room temperature (18-22°C).
- If the product is very soiled and unhygienic.
- If a TEMPUR Product has been altered or repaired without the permission of TEMPUR.
- If TEMPUR’s instructions for using, cleaning and maintaining the product has not been followed; or if the product has otherwise been damaged as a result of poor maintenance, or careless use.
- If products are repaired or replaced under the guarantee, the original guarantee period is not extended.
- If a TEMPUR Product has been used in conjunction with an Electric blanket over 10 years.
