All TEMPUR products are covered by an ordinary two-year warranty.
By sending in the warranty certificate enclosed with your product or filling in the formular below, you can extend this warranty to three years for pillows and 15 years for 15cm & above mattresses (Pro-rata*).
The Comfort Mattress Pad comes with a three-year warranty.
Comfort Pillows come with a three-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers physical defects and changes that cause visible, permanent depressions (of more than 2 cm) in the TEMPUR Material. The warranty does not cover ordinary changes in hardness or characteristics that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties of the product. The warranty is only valid if the TEMPUR product is used and handled as described in the instruction booklet provided with the product. In the event of a complaint, please show/send in your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

0-5 years: full warranty
6-15 years: warranty reduced by 10 per cent per annum
